Hi I'm Kirsty Goldsworthy!
With a background in Professional Ballet & Musical Theatre, some could say I was born to perform at a high level. When my Stage Career was cut short by illness I fell into the industry of Telecommunications where I spent the next 14+ years.
I grew into Leading Teams, working alongside Franchise Owners & connecting Corporate Departments to have a Whole of Business approach.
One of the most pivotal shifts in my journey came when I integrated Personal Development into my staff & team training. The results were incredible - within a single quarter, our team achieved new levels of performance and we were honoured with three national awards. This experience opened my eyes to the power of investing in people. not just professionally. but personally as well.
Inspired by this transformation, I felt called to help others create powerful, lasting results in their own lives.
I have since had the pleasure of Coaching Individuals, Teams, Small Business Owners, Elite Athletes, those recovering from Tragedy & Trauma and many more, with my client base spanning over 20 countries. Despite facing my own personal trauma & overcoming severe anxiety, I've also been able to step back into a Stage Role on many occasions, Hosting, Presenting & MC'ing Major Events.
